The student having obtained Shodan Grade will not open their own club without completing the required level of coaching and qualifications for instruction.

The student may not open a club within a 2 mile radius of another IJJO registered Club.

The student can apply to the IJJO for club registration.  Consent to an application will not be withheld assuming the IJJO criteria are met as set down in the Rules and Regulations to deal with such a request.
